  What can I say about massage therapy. As someone who has been exercising regularly for more than 20 years I know first hand the importance of bodywork recovery. 

Whether its a private in-home session, on-site location, special event or at your place of work for corporate wellness.

If you are a professional athlete or someone that works a Monday-Friday 9-5, massage therapy works wonders for the body. You only have one body, if you take care of it then it will take care of you.

Personal Training

Want to lose fat, get toned, get strong ? You have come to the right place. Think about the way you will feel when you achieve you goals. Having a coach is a great way to ensure you will meet them.

A good trainer will have a proper fitness program designed specifically for you along with holding you accountable and motivating you so you stay consistent. You need a program that is sustainable (just like having proper nutrition) and one in which you can really learn from so you can take this anywhere in the world for the rest of your life. 

I do online training, virtual training, as well as in-person training (if you are close enough to me). Online and virtual training are a great way to workout and get transformations from anywhere so it fits your schedule. Virtual training meets “face-to-face” via FaceTime/zoom every week as regular virtual sessions.

I also have a Fitness Bootcamp class that meets virtually when its convenient for you and the class is 45 minutes.

Its easy to train at home, and get results, with bare minimum equipment and just bodyweight exercises. There are a lot of bodyweight exercises you can do. Option 1: $300.00/month includes - 1 workout with me a week, custom workouts, nutrition help, recovery help, weekly check-ins, research help if needed

Option 2: $440.00/month - 2 workouts with me a week, custom workouts, nutrition help, recovery help, weekly session planning, weekly check-ins, research help if needed.

This program can be utilized by anyone, offereing convenience, responsiveness, and flexibility. I can work with you in just bodyweight training, minimal equipment or full home gym.

The sessions are varied so you can work around injuries. Nutrition help because lets be real, proper nutrition is half the battle. You are stronger than you think you are, you can do this.
